FIELD LOGISTICS

For the 2007 field season the Center for Whale Research will be taking a short sabatical from it's regularly scheduled Earthwatch programs. This sabatical will allow the staff of the Center for Whale Research the opportunity to compile and report on over 30 years of field research on the Southern Resident Killer whales.

The Center for Whale Research will continue conducting field research during the 2007 season.

The 2007 field season will include work on the outer coast of Washington State in the early Spring, it's regularly scheduled summer field season in the San Juan islands from May to September, and an extended field season in the Fall working along the outer coast of Vancouver Island.
