Welcome to the Center for Whale Research. The Center for Whale Research was founded to promote and conduct benign studies on populations of whales, dolphins and porpoises, and to report factual results of these studies to governments, organizations and individuals for the purpose of conserving these remarkable marine animals for future generations.

• We offer a Photo Submission Page for the public to send their photos of their own encounters with Killer whales! We offer this service both to increase our own database and to provide the public the opportunity to have their photos identified by our staff.
