Ken Balcomb encountered T2C's, T20, T21, T123's at 6:52 p.m. north east of Discovery Island B.C. The 8 transients were traveling north up the Canadian side of Haro Strait. The encounter ended at 7:45 p.m. west of Lime Kiln State Park.
